Questions
- What hail size triggers a message?
- You choose. The default is 1 inch, where shingle damage usually starts. Reports come from NWS warnings in real time and NOAA storm reports.
- Does it promise insurance claims?
- No. Messages never claim damage or insurance approval. They offer a free inspection, and the AI note is labeled as a pre-assessment, not an inspection.
- Do messages come from my number?
- Yes. Texts go out from your own GoHighLevel (LC Phone) or Twilio number and emails from your own domain or GoHighLevel LC Email. We never send from a number we own.
- Who gets a text?
- Only your past customers who gave SMS consent. Others with an email address get an email, and the rest go on a call list for you. Do Not Disturb and STOP replies are always respected.
- How much does it cost?
- $69 a month or $552 a year (4 months free), with a 14-day free trial. Text and email costs stay in your own GoHighLevel or Twilio account.
14-day free trial. No card needed to start.
